[ oh. he looks. the first thing that strikes him about the boy as he looks him over out of the corner of his eyes is that he seems very well-groomed. the second thing is that his body action betrays nothing. he tilts his head, as though in consideration, and doesn't turn to face him. ]

H o w e v e r. He does not know how he got to this various part of Johto. He is tapping a foot, looking around impatiently, when he sees Fuji and the whimsicott.

...No, of course not. He's just striding forward to figure out where they are. And a dramatic hilt of his sword point at Fuji!!! At least it's still sheathed.]
